5. Communication & Messaging

Where the Services are used for email, messaging, voice, or other communication channels, you are responsible for:

  • Obtaining all necessary permissions and consent before contacting individuals.
  • Respecting unsubscribe, opt-out, and communication preferences.
  • Complying with applicable anti-spam and communication laws.
